AO International Fellowship

The Adelaide Spine Clinic is recognised by AO International (www.aofoundation.org) for training in Spinal Surgery.  Two short term fellowships in spinal surgery are available for suitable applicants.  In most cases the fellowship period would be for six weeks to 12 weeks.

The fellowship involves attachment to the Spinal Unit at the Royal Adelaide Hospital as well as the Adelaide Spine Clinic.  The aim of the fellowship is to provide Orthopaedic or Neuro-Surgeons with experience in the management of adult spinal disorders, including trauma, deformity and degenerative conditions.

An applicant needs to have the support of the local or regional AO representative and would need to apply in writing to:
